Dear Forum,
Im a basketball player from the Maldives Islands, i had an injury during a game which resulted in a torn ligament and miniscus...The MRI scan shows the ligament is torn to an un-repairable level. The DOC has suggested for a replacement of the ligament with an artificial one...is there anyone in the forum who has replaced a ligament? can anyone tell your views? |

i had the surgery after a football injury.
my knee with the surgery is actually stronger than my other knee 15 years later it is still strong
6 to 8 weeks of constant workouts to get back in shape
if you do not stay in shape it can get loose or week |
